The house comprises 3 bedrooms on the ground floor. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and basin. The second room is furnished with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin, and the third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. There is a separate toilet.The open-plan living area is situated on the second floor and offers a fully equipped kitchen fitted with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, deep fridge, and breakfast counter. The dining table can accommodate 6 guests and flows into the lounge area that is furnished with comfortable seating and an indoor braai/fireplace that leads out onto a patio overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
